Employee Satisfaction

Pride and commitment are the foundation of working at Mount Sinai Hospital. Every two years, employees and physicians are surveyed to identify opportunities for new initiatives and action plans to improve work life and environment for employees. What we hear is vital because it translates to being able to better serve our patients.

2014 Employee Results
