Mount Sinai Hospital will be closing the Audiology clinic and Hearing Aid Dispensary effective March 31, 2017.  You have our commitment that we will assist in transitioning your care to another clinic in a seamless manner.

Did you purchase hearing aid(s) from us that are less than 2 years old?

If you purchased hearing aids from us within the last 2 years you may still be within your Program of Care service plan.  For this reason, the hospital has made arrangements for an audiologist to come in one day a week, starting in May 2017.   Please contact our office at (416) 586-5018 to book an appointment.  We are seeing patients by appointment only.  If you arrive without an appointment we will not be able to accommodate you.  Please call ahead.

Did you purchase hearing aid(s) from us that are older than 2 years old?

If you are a previous patient with hearing aids older than 2 years we recommend you contact a hearing aid dispenser close to home or you can contact the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario for help finding a new audiologist at 416-975-5347.  You may also access their website at www.caslpo.com or e-mail: caslpo@caslpo.com.
