The Hearing and Balance Unit offers assessments in the following areas:

• basic hearing assessments
• balance testing
• audiological rehabilitation (including hearing aid prescriptions and counselling)
• infant hearing screening/diagnostic testing
  

We also offer fee-based hearing rehabilitation services, including communication needs assessments, hearing aid and assistive listening device selection, counseling, and follow-up services.

We accept referrals from general practitioners, ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialists, and neurologists. Patients requiring balance testing must be referred by an ENT or neurologist only.
