Hospital Dentistry Observational Program

Observation is a way of learning and absorbing data by shadowing, watching behavior, events, or noting physical characteristics in their natural setting. The Department of Dentistry, Mount Sinai Hospital provides various observational programs in the related fields of dentistry. The intent of the Hospital Dentistry observational program is to provide the participants with an overview of the dental management of medically/mentally/ physically compromised patients in both the outpatient and inpatient settings.
