Some services related to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) are covered by OHIP. Qualification for OHIP subsidy is limited to a specific condition.
Fees have been broken down according to procedure. You may require some or all of these services and products, depending on your situation.

Pricing effective May 17, 2010
Patients will be charged a one-time administration fee of $350 when entering one of our fertility treatment programs.
IVF REFUND POLICY:
A refund is given under most circumstances if a treatment cycle is cancelled. The amount of the refund is calculated based on administrative and treatment costs incurred prior to cancellation. No refund will be given if a patient undergoes egg retrieval.
If a patient has accepted a proposed IVF treatment and later cancels prior to the initiation of the IVF treatment cycle, a fee of $500 will be charged.
