If you would like to become a patient of the Centre for Fertility and Reproductive Health we must receive a referral from your physician.

Once we receive your referral, you will be contacted within 2 to 3 weeks with a date for your first appointment. Appointments are typically 6 to 8 weeks from the time we receive your referral. Find what you will need for your first appointment on our Coming for your Appointment page.
