Welcome to the Function and Pain Program (FPP) at Mount Sinai Hospital.

We successfully treat and rehabilitate patients with chronic pain.  The FPP combines the best elements of many disciplines and results in proven benefits for patients suffering from chronic pain. Our interdisciplinary treatment team includes Medical Specialists, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapists (CBT), Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Biofeedback Therapists, Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists.  Funding for this program may be available through the WSIB, motor vehicle accident (MVA) insurers, long term disability (LTD) insurers or employers.  Self-pay is also an option that can be explored.

Partnerships
The FPP has been designated as a Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) Specialty Program.

We also work in collaboration with the Wasser Pain Management Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital providing patient care, education and research in the area of chronic pain disorders.
