Global Health Project Planning Course (GHPP)

As globalization continues to influence the existing complex network of health issues, the need for efficient and sustainable healthcare projects has become increasingly apparent.

Central to this influx in global health projects is the need for highly skilled training for individuals hoping to develop these programs, as well as extensive project planning knowledge. This practical and interactive modular workshop is designed to provide participants with the necessary frameworks, tools and skill sets to develop efficient and effective international health projects through a variety of hands-on activities.

Participants will learn the steps involved in effective global health project planning including: needs assessment, project design, implementation, management, evaluation, and sustainability.
