The information is geared towards cancer palliative care; however, sections of the site, such as Resources (locate home care agencies, equipment suppliers, hospices, meal providers, and more in the Greater Toronto area), will be relevant to anyone who is in need of such services.
Dying with dignity
A national organization dedicated to improving the quality of dying and expanding end-of-life choices in Canada. They accomplish this by educating, by informing, and by providing a confidential Client Support Program for individuals faced with making important end of life decisions. They advocate for improved hospice and palliative care services, and for legislative change that will ensure people experience the best possible end of life options, including physician aid-in-dying, if they choose.
