Tell us your story

Feedback from our patients is very important to us.  Please take the time to tell us about your experience at Mount Sinai Hospital. Did someone or something impress you? Are there areas where you think we can do better? Please let us know.

We use your stories in two ways:

• To help us strengthen care and address your questions: This submission will be shared with our Patient Relations Unit. If you have requested a response and provide a phone number where you can be reached, someone from that department will contact you.  Alternatively, you can contact them directly by emailing: [email protected]

• To inspire others: This submission is also shared with the Communications Department. You may be contacted by a member of the communications team if they are interested in sharing your story publicly to inspire other patients and their families, donors and staff.  We will not share your story without your explicit consent.

Patient Privacy is a priority for Mount Sinai Hospital.
