The goal of the Patient Relations Unit is to enhance the overall quality of care at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Feedback about the delivery of care and service at the hospital is valuable. The Patient Relations Unit works collaboratively with the health-care team to enhance the Hospital experience for patients, families and visitors. We encourage you to contact the Patient Relations Unit should you have any compliments, comments, concerns or suggestions regarding Mount Sinai Hospital services. Information For Patients

Feedback from our patients is very important. Patients, families and visitors are invited to contact the Patient Relations Unit with their comments, compliments, suggestions or concerns regarding Mount Sinai Hospital services. Inpatients are encouraged to discuss their questions and concerns with a member of their healthcare team (i.e., primary nurse, nursing unit administrator or treating physician). Inpatients may contact the Patient Relations Unit after speaking to the staff involved in their care, if they feel they require further assistance.
