Colorectal Diagnostic Assessment Program (DAP)

Recognizing that navigating care can be challenging for patients, the Diagnostic Assessment Program provides a coordinated and streamlined approach to the care journey.

Our goal is to ensure patients are well supported and that diagnosis and treatment are provided in a timely and efficient process.

As the centralized entry-point into our internationally recognized colorectal surgery program, our DAP team supports patients from diagnosis to treatment. We provide high quality care in a smooth and coordinated fashion to achieve the best possible outcome and experience.

For over 25 years, Mount Sinai Hospital has cared for patients with the most complex colorectal cancers. With ten highly experienced colorectal surgeons on staff, our colorectal surgical team is the largest in the GTA.
