Each module will take 20 to 30 minutes to complete.

- Breast Health Awareness: What is a “normal” breast?! Learn what tissues can feel like or look like and still be considered “normal” for you and what needs to be checked out further.
- Breast Cancer Risk Factors: Do you know what is your personal risk for breast cancer? Learn what makes you at risk, your risk level, and what is myth.
- Breast Cancer Screening and Diagnostic Tests: What are your options for screening and testing? Learn what is best for you. Please note, if you take Module 2 first, you will get more personal information out of this Module.
- Healthy Eating choices that may reduce breast cancer risk: Does what you eat make a difference to your breast cancer risk? Find out here.
- Physical Activity choices that may reduce breast cancer risk: Being active is important, learn some new moves and how it helps with your risk of breast cancer.
- Weight Management: What does being overweight or obese have to do with risk for breast cancer? Learn how to work towards a healthy weight and its benefits.

The information in the Be Breast Healthy: Learn and Lower your cancer risk platform has been prepared by a multidisciplinary team of health care providers from the Marvelle Koffler Breast Centre in Mount Sinai Hospital including:
