Location

We are located on the 6th floor of the Joseph and Wolf Lebovic Centre at 60 Murray Street, behind (west side) Mount Sinai Hospital.

Hours

We are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Important: Before an appointment can be booked with one of the doctors, their office must receive a letter with appropriate relevant medical information (for example, test reports) from the doctor who is referring you. The referring doctor may ask you to bring other test results, x-ray films etc. to your appointment.

Please Note: A valid health card must be presented at all appointments.
