About Us
We are an innovative health-care team combining the best in patient and family-centered care, education and research. Our primary care team combines the expertise and services of different health-care providers to help you address many kinds of health-care needs. We provide families with comprehensive care at any age. Our services include preventive and acute care, as well as maternity care (including prenatal, birth and postpartum), pediatric, adult, and geriatric care. We have special programs devoted to diabetes, mental health and maternity care.
We are committed to pursuing excellence and innovation in everything we do. We take a collaborative and multidisciplinary team approach to patient care, teaching and research and bring the best of what family medicine has to offer to our patients.
