Our primary care team combines the expertise and services of different health care providers to help you address many kinds of health care needs. We provide families with comprehensive care at any age. Our services include preventive and acute care, as well as maternity care (including prenatal, birth and postpartum), paediatric, adult, and geriatric care. We have special programs devoted to diabetes, mental health and maternity care.
We are committed to pursuing excellence and innovation in everything we do. We take a collaborative and multidisciplinary team approach to patient care, teaching and research and bring the best of what family medicine has to offer to our patients.

After Hours Clinic - Urgent care
Monday - Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (booked appointments only)
Saturday: 9:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m. (walk in – you must arrive by 11:30 a.m.)
If you are an existing patient and want to book an urgent care appointment in our after hours clinic, you can book online using this link.
Please be aware that you must be registered with the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team to use the online booking. The After Hours Clinic is for Urgent Care appointments only, if you are not a patient or if your appointment is not appropriate for after hours care, you will not be seen.
