A warm welcome to our new and interested paddlers! You have chosen to play hard with a wonderful group of people. Some of them have been with this team for more than 10 years and others were in your wet shoes last year. We look forward to meeting you and encourage you to attend several Thursdays before we ask you to decide whether you will join us for the season.

Dry Land Practices
Mount Sinai Hospital (11th floor, fitness centre)
Every Thursday 7-8 pm, now until April 14, 2011.

Paddle Gym practice:

Monday January 17^th from 7-8 pm
Monday March 7^th from 7-8 pm
Monday March 14^th from 7-8 pm

Paddle (indoor) Pool practice:
Carelton Village Pool - 315 Osler Street (St.Clair and Old Weston Road).
Monday January 31^st from 7-8 pm
Monday February 28^th from 7-8 pm
Monday March 28^th from 7-9 pm
Monday April 11^th from 7-8 pm

On-water practices - Spring 2011 (Start on:  April 16^th 2011)
Sunnyside Pavilion, foot of Colborne Lodge on Lake Shore Blvd. W.
Tuesday and Thursday evenings & Saturdays mornings from 9 to 10 am.
Winter/Spring training Fees -  $300 (includes rowathon pledges)
(includes: two races, 24x on-water practices, pool and gym practices and a race jersey)

On-water practices - Summer

Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7 to 8 pm
