omplete the Self-Assessments. A score of 80% or higher is needed to proceed to the second phase of learning. You will need to print your Self-Assessments score to bring it to the computer training lab at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Each course provides one printable self assessment score sheet as your proof of completion.

IMPORTANT: You will need to return to the "Select Your Course" menu after each course in order to select the next required course.

*Please do not complete the learning tutorial more than 10 days before the start of your clinical placement.
    2. Hands-on Applied Scenario
The Hands-on-Applied Scenario takes place at the Mount Sinai Systems Education Training Room. It takes 15 minutes to one hour, and will allow you to apply what you learned from the PowerChart TBT.

Once you’ve finished your training, you will be given a password to access Mount Sinai’s PowerChart system.
