Mount Sinai Hospital Auxiliary Breast Health Program (Group sessions)

The Breast Health Program was developed to encourage good health with an emphasis on breast health, and is free to all women in Toronto.

Please book a group session if you have 10 – 15 women interested in this topic. It can be given in a group room here in the comfortable Marvelle Koffler Breast Centre in Mount Sinai Hospital or in your business/community venue.

Teaching sessions are about two and one half hours and are offered at various times of the day and week.

Sessions cover a variety of topics including the healthy breast, common concerns about the breast, risk factors, early detection methods, risk reduction strategies  (i.e. diet and exercise recommendations), and overall breast health awareness.

At the end of the teaching session participants will be given educational materials about breast health.
