MyChart™ is a free, secure online tool providing Mount Sinai Hospital patients, their designated family members and partners-in care access to medical records and personal health information.
Using your computer or device web browser, MyChart users can easily view test results, summaries and other health information.

Mount Sinai Hospital patients can register for MyChart in a few different areas in the hospital. You’ll need to provide your email address to get a PIN for self-registration. You will also need to have your OHIP card with you.

MyChart is an online website where patients can create and manage their own personal health information based on clinical information that is available from participating hospitals and personal information that is entered by the users.
Some of the other hospitals using the MyChart system in the GTA include Sunnybrook, St, Michael’s, Baycrest and Michael Garron (formerly Toronto East General).
For example, if you are a MyChart user who sees a Cardiologist at St. Michael’s and has their regular mammography appointment at Mount Sinai Hospital, records related to both of these vists would be available to you.
Other hospitals in Ontario may have their own patient health information tool.
Mount Sinai Hospital patients can register for MyChart in a few different areas in the hospital. You’ll need to provide your email address to get a PIN for self-registration. You will also need to have your OHIP card with you.
MyChart users can electronically grant access to family caregivers, hospital clinicians, primary care physicians, Home and Community Care, pharmacists, etc
For privacy reasons, it is best to register for MyChart under your own email address, so that you are in full control of your personal health information. If you do not have an email address and do not wish to sign up for an external email service, you can provide consent to register for MyChart under a family member or friend’s email.
Please keep in mind that when you provide access to a family member or friend, he/she will have ongoing access to your personal health information. This information includes sensitive details related to your healthcare from January 2014 and into the future

MyChart is accessible from anywhere at any time through any device connected to the Internet. Once registration is complete users can go to www.mychart.ca and log in to review their MyChart records.
