Clinical Nutrition
Clinical dietitians are specialists in assessing and addressing the nutritional needs of patients with complex health conditions. Dietitians work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide nutrition therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings. 
Patient Food Services
Developing leaders in aspects of food systems, including food service management, nutrition communication, food production and marketing. This department prepares and assembles all patient meals.
Catering and Retail Food Services
The Department of Nutrition and Food Services operates catering and retail food service outlets to serve patients and staff.
